How we inspect, ship, and stand behind every MerKaBa Handpan.
Every MerKaBa Handpan is individually inspected before shipment. We check tuning, craftsmanship, and finish so the instrument that reaches you meets our standards.
International shipping is a flat rate of USD $369 and includes professional protective packaging, full tracking, shipping insurance, and secure international delivery. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged in your country. Those charges are not included in the product price or the shipping rate.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or unused instruments.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the instrument. We will help you with the shipping insurance claim process.
Accessories (email inquire): Soft Case, Hard Case, Sticks, and Dust Cover are arranged by email and are not part of the Stripe handpan checkout. Unless we confirm different terms in writing for a specific accessory order, the same all-sales-final rule applies. Damage-in-transit notice (48 hours, photos of packaging and the item) still applies when we ship accessories to you.
